Each module comes with a planner and estimated time to complete each activity. If in doubt, you can email your Business Builder Mentor to ask questions, have feedback and support throughout your learning.
Module 1 - Translate your Passion into a Business Working from your passion means you have a never ending source of creativity, motivation and perseverance - essential qualities for all businesses.
You explore the different skills you bring to your business. From you list, you create themes which inform where your passion lies and even likely markets or clients.
Module 2 - Identify your Perfect Market This is perhaps the most important module – market research. You learn what difficulties they are experiencing. You learn how they will consume a solution.
The research module gives you the tools, templates and techniques to learn about your market. Many small businesses fail because their offering doesn’t match the market or the words used aren’t the way the market speaks. Completing this module separates you from many other businesses.
Module 3 - Create Products your Market Want
You then create products that your market wants bringing in your skills and passion. The module takes you through step by step to create publishing products to complement your coaching skills. This modules set out how to prepare your copy, resources for product design and even where to promote.
By taking the time working through all the activities, you create your business that meets your markets need AND you increase your clarity, confidence and marketing skills.
